Dirtbean's bike shop sells Kona, Giant and Ellsworth bikes.  Due to our rural location we have limited inventory.  However, we specialize in fitting you to the bike of your needs and will be happy to order if we don't have the bike of your dreams in stock!  We will then fit that bike to your body!  Kristy, shop owner and professional triathlete will take time to customize your fit and address any special needs in fit or equipment you may have.  If you are traveling to Marlinton to purchase bikes, goods, or services please inquire about lodging.  We can arrange it for you or make suggestions.  We appreciate your business and will do our best to accommodate.  Our special Dirtbean offer...BUY a BIKE and STAY FREE!  With bike purchase receive free lodging.   

We also do repairs and house basic necessities for mountain, road or touring bikes.  Due to our small resident riding population we do our best to keep the most commonly seen parts and accessories in house and are working to improve inventory as we can.  However, if you run equipment that is very high end or specific it is advised that you bring spare parts while visiting Pocahontas County.            

Our Wellness Center features treadmills, spinning bikes, Computrainer, Endless Pool with underwater filming capability, and weight station.  We provide group exercise classes and can work with you one on one to meet fitness, triathlon or cycling needs.

Bike Rentals are available too.  We rent Kona Africa bikes, three speed cruisers on steroids, perfect for rail trail.  They come equipped with basket and cooler.  Ask about a packed lunch.  Rates: $20/half day $35/full day
